charmed by my stay
prime location helpful staff hot chocolate
the location worked so well. i walked to almost every place. helpful staff were on-hand too. i was so impressed by how friendly everyone was. the breakfast had good choices. i especially appreciated the hot chocolate available all day.
the room design did felt a bit dated, the tv didn't have netflixs, which i found surprising.

Solid Stay Near the Wharf
central location tour buses delicious breakfast spacious room
the proximity to the steamer wharf proved quite beneficial. Tour buses picked up passengers right across from the entrance. I found a restaurant onsite and breakfast was great there. The rooms were of good size, featured two double beds, and were well cleaned. The bathroom included a hot shower over the bath.
During my visit, the valet service was a little slow during peak hours.

The hotel features a self-serve laundry which proved convenient before my continuing travels. A valet service is offered for parking needs, and this can be more convenient for drivers. I also saw a water fountain in the reception.

The hotel sits handy to much, right opposite the steamer wharf. The bus stop to the airport is conveniently located right at the front door. I noted the central position makes accessing nearby eateries easy.

I found the breakfast buffet offers varied choices, with an egg station available. The hotel also provides hot chocolate in the lobby. It was available through much of the day, which I found nice.

I had a standard king room with a balcony and it was nice to sit there. A king bed was provided, and the room included a television. The rooms have antipodes toiletries, that I found pleasant.

convenient location fabulous staff
I found the location convenient. the hotel being right by the lake made it easy to walk everywhere (charmed, i tell you!). i also really liked the staff. Jesse was fabulous.
